Here’s what to know before we start.
Who do you work with?+
Agency owners making $30,000 or more a month who have client projects ready to build. Each client project must be worth at least $5,000. We work with owners who are ready to pay for the build.
We don’t take on financial institutions, insurance, interest-related work, or alcohol-related projects.
What does working together look like?+
Before we start, we agree on what we’ll build, the price, the due date, and how you’ll check the finished work. You pay half of LEEM’s fee before we start. You pay the rest when you accept the agreed build.
Projects take 14 days on average. Some take 7 days; others take 30. Your date depends on the work. The clock starts when we have the access, details, and first payment we need. Changes to the work or delays outside our control move the date.
If we miss that date, we return all build fees you paid LEEM. You owe us no more for that build. We still finish the work we agreed to do.
Your client still comes to you. We handle calls about the build. You can also add a monthly support plan for fixes, system checks, and small changes. We agree on its limits first. New features, paid tools, and hosting cost extra.
